I would like to recognize the efforts of man who yells at white people who won't give him cigarettes. He has been seen across city spouting profanity and occasionally urinating on those who refuse to give him cigarettes regardless of their smoking status. We applaud his efforts and hope that more of you showing this level of efforting and commitmenting to Vote Pepper Effort.
As yet we of course have not figured out how his level of work can be bent to make Pepper mayor, but the level of work is what we applauding and for the thanking. Woman throwing feces, please take note!

the way in which this man approaches you, asks for a smoke, calls you a bitch and then challenges you to a fight is pure pepper and pepper approved me action.
